Viteazul Flore's late challenge caught a Romanian Gods™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Viteazul Flore helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in Stiinta-Univ.'s zone, Zula Dziura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Crețu came out of the goal and Zula Dziura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Stiinta-Univ. made a substitution. Okan Koc replaced Muhammet Altın. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Okan Koc made a kick off. When Ionuț Cosoroabă fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Romanian Gods™'s protests and gave Ionuț Cosoroabă a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Stiinta-Univ. booed when Romanian Gods™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionuț Cosoroabă didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Romanian Gods™'s goal looked a bit too open when Okan Koc came free, but Isac Murgan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isac Murgan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shi Ming Sheng in the 61st minute of the match.
