In the 6th minute, Ciprian Ureche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cãtãlin Iordan took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filip Grimalschi. Filip Grimalschi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Daniel Vulpe might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filip Grimalschi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Vulpe ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 16th minute, Ciprian Ureche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, Cãtãlin Iordan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Tudor Cucu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nichifor Cretu, 1-1. Corestãuti FC's Filip Grimalschi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cãtãlin Iordan in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Daniel Vulpe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 27 played minutes Moldovan Fc got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Pãduret. Maxim Colesnic could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Nichifor Cretu made a huge save. Filip Grimalschi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cãtãlin Iordan in the 33rd minute of play. Filip Grimalschi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cãtãlin Iordan, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 37 minutes, Constantin Dobã mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corestãuti FC and the Moldovan Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. Constantin Dobã kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Filip Grimalschi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Vanghele in the 39th minute of play. If Tudor Cucu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot by Sergiu Vultur from long distance, 47 minutes into the match, got Nichifor Cretu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tudor Cucu was the one to do the kick off. Daniel Vulpe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Filip Grimalschi made a huge save. With a little luck, Corestãuti FC's Filip Grimalschi got control of the ball when Daniel Vulpe tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 68 played minutes Moldovan Fc got a freekick which was hit by Ovidiu Juravschi. After 73 minutes of play, Corestãuti FC's Tudor Cucu made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nichifor Cretu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tudor Cucu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nichifor Cretu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxim Colesnic in the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Maxim Colesnic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichifor Cretu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Tudor Cucu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corestãuti FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. If Tudor Cucu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Moldovan Fc players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Corestãuti FC.
