The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, F.C. Speranta Nisporeni's Teodor Cecan got a free kick in the 3rd minute. F.C. Speranta Nisporeni's Marin Minciunã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Bumbac in the 12th minute of play. If Vasile Prepelitã had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Pavel Timofte fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. Speranta Nisporeni's protests and gave Pavel Timofte a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, F.C. Speranta Nisporeni's Pavel Timofte got a free kick in the 18th minute. EagleFree's Daniel Bumbac got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th match minute, F.C. Speranta Nisporeni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonid Cociu to maneuver through the defense. Vasile Prepelitã who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Marin Minciunã when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Vasile Prepelitã had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. F.C. Speranta Nisporeni's Marin Minciunã proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Speranta Nisporeni from getting a goal against them. With his leg Marin Minciunã managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when EagleFree's Vasile Prepelitã fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Anatolie Colibã hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Daniel Bumbac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonid Cociu to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Bumbac in the 54th minute of play forced F.C. Speranta Nisporeni's goalkeeper Marin Minciunã to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, F.C. Speranta Nisporeni's Pavel Timofte got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 67th minute Vasile Prepelitã shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marin Minciunã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marin Minciunã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasile Prepelitã in the 70th minute of play. If Daniel Bumbac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 80 played minutes EagleFree got a freekick which was hit by Gicu Speianu. Vasile Prepelitã fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marin Minciunã having to interfere. Teodor Cecan kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Marin Minciunã showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vasile Prepelitã, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. Speranta Nisporeni's goalkeeper Marin Minciunã, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marin Minciunã came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by EagleFree's Daniel Bumbac. But to his dismay, Daniel Bumbac quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. EagleFree had won after a very even match.
