Spectators: 9205 (Terracing: 6905, Seating: 2117, VIP seats: 183) Sergiu Pricop started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 4 played minutes Nisporeni got a freekick which was hit by Aurel Bâtcã. In the 6th minute, Virgiliu Pricop hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 7 played minutes, FC Salcuta's Dan Carp shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Iosif Delinschi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Salcuta reached it. Aurel Bâtcã hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Aurel Bâtcã hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tudor Filip fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liviu Medelean having to interfere. Adrian Macovei's late challenge caught a Nisporeni's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrian Macovei helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Salcuta's Adrian Macovei got a free kick in the 21st minute. Tudor Filip fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liviu Medelean having to interfere. Virgiliu Pricop received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Liviu Medelean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrian Macovei got his second yellow card in the match during the 28th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 29 played minutes FC Salcuta got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Macovei. Liviu Medelean came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Nisporeni's Denis Pãcuraru. But to his dismay, Denis Pãcuraru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Vadim Pânzaru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iosif Delinschi having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tudor Filip in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Liviu Medelean prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Salcuta's Liviu Medelean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgiliu Pricop in the 41st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sergiu Pricop during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Nisporeni booed when FC Salcuta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergiu Pricop didn't get a good kick on the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Denis Pãcuraru notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC Salcuta's Liviu Medelean. Liviu Medelean was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tudor Filip in the 48th minute of play forced FC Salcuta's goalkeeper Liviu Medelean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tudor Filip to make the kick off. If Tudor Filip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 56 minutes, Virgiliu Pricop managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nisporeni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgiliu Pricop was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th minute, Tudor Filip fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Liviu Medelean stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tudor Filip's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute, Vadim Pânzaru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iosif Delinschi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Vadim Pânzaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Iosif Delinschi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, FC Salcuta's goal looked a bit too open when Aurel Bâtcã came free, but Liviu Medelean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Salcuta's Dan Carp got a free kick in the 67th minute. Virgiliu Pricop who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Liviu Medelean when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 75th minute, Aurel Bâtcã left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nisporeni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 80 minutes into the game, Sandu Dobândã recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Liviu Medelean. Sandu Dobândã showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. In the 83rd match minute, FC Salcuta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavian Agapie to maneuver through the defense. When Sandu Dobândã came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Nisporeni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sandu Dobândã couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tudor Filip in the 89th minute of play forced FC Salcuta's goalkeeper Liviu Medelean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgiliu Pricop struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Liviu Medelean didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nisporeni. If Tudor Filip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The FC Salcuta fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nisporeni were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
