Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 3 minutes, Lilian Buga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Izvoru FCA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lilian Buga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 5th minute Lilian Buga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Vataman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Marius Deleanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dumitru Mereutã fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Vataman having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lilian Buga in the 15th minute of play forced CS VISDEV's goalkeeper Marcel Vataman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lilian Buga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcel Vataman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lilian Buga's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Marcel Silvestru charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcel Silvestru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 28 played minutes Izvoru FCA got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Silvestru. In the 31st minute Lilian Buga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Vataman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexandru Fratea kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. If Dumitru Dudãu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Marcel Vataman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

A collision led to Izvoru FCA getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Dumitru Mereutã hit a great ball. Marcel Silvestru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Vataman having to interfere. Marcel Vataman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dumitru Dudãu, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Marcel Vataman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lilian Buga in the 58th minute of the match. After 60 minutes, Alexandru Fratea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Izvoru FCA and the CS VISDEV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 played minutes Izvoru FCA got a freekick which was hit by Alexandru Fratea. Dumitru Dudãu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Vataman having to interfere. Dumitru Dudãu took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcel Vataman. Marcel Vataman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Dumitru Dudãu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Marcel Vataman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcel Vataman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lilian Buga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 71 minutes of play, Izvoru FCA's Dumitru Dudãu made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcel Vataman was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the CS VISDEV defense, Dumitru Dudãu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcel Vataman. The CS VISDEV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcel Vataman should have stopped the shot. In the 82nd match minute, CS VISDEV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Botnaru to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute, Dumitru Dudãu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Izvoru FCA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Marian Crivoi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Viorel Cazacu came out and tried to block the shot, but Marian Crivoi slotted it home off the left post making it 4-2 in the 90th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Lilian Buga notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of CS VISDEV's Marcel Vataman. Marcel Vataman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. CS VISDEV's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
