Marcel Vataman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red United. 孟延笑 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Marcel Vataman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Red United's goal looked a bit too open when Marian Crivoi came free, but Petru Izbas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boris Platon in the 24th minute of play forced CS VISDEV's goalkeeper Marcel Vataman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 played minutes CS VISDEV got a freekick which was hit by Dorel Stângã. Alix Brandenberger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcel Vataman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. The Red United fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Red United's Alix Brandenberger looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 孟延笑 during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of CS VISDEV booed when Red United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. 孟延笑 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alix Brandenberger's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcel Vataman firmly grabbed it by the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alix Brandenberger was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the CS VISDEV defense, 孟延笑 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcel Vataman. The CS VISDEV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcel Vataman should have stopped the shot. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind CS VISDEV's goalkeeper Marcel Vataman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Boris Platon struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Marcel Vataman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red United. If Alix Brandenberger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcel Vataman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alix Brandenberger, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Boris Platon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marcel Vataman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. The supporters of Red United booed when CS VISDEV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Botnaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrian Botnaru kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Marian Crivoi's late challenge caught a Red United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marian Crivoi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to CS VISDEV getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Marian Crivoi hit a great ball. Marcel Vataman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alix Brandenberger, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. CS VISDEV's Marcel Vataman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Braga in the 82nd minute of play. After having played for 89 minutes, Marian Crivoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CS VISDEV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marian Crivoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nemesio Montxo took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcel Vataman. Marcel Vataman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. 96 minutes into the match, CS VISDEV's goal looked a bit too open when Alix Brandenberger came free, but Marcel Vataman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
