Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Izvoru FCA's Lilian Buga started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Daniel Postolache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Viorel Cazacu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Vasilitã in the 13th minute of play. Igor Vasilitã hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Izvoru FCA's Viorel Cazacu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergiu Madan in the 19th minute of play. After 20 minutes, Marcel Silvestru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Izvoru FCA and the Manta players grew even worse after the yellow card. Viorel Cazacu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Postolache, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Viorel Cazacu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Vasilitã in the 23rd minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sergiu Madan made a kick off. Dumitru Dudãu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mircea Cotofanã having to interfere. After 62 minutes of play, Manta's Igor Vasilitã made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Viorel Cazacu was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Izvoru FCA's Viorel Cazacu got control of the ball when Sergiu Madan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mircea Cotofanã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dumitru Dudãu in the 70th minute of play. In the 71stth minute of the game Dumitru Dudãu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manta's Mircea Cotofanã was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Viorel Cazacu made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Igor Vasilitã sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 82 minutes, Dumitru Dudãu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Izvoru FCA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dumitru Dudãu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Viorel Cazacu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Postolache in the 90th minute of play. The Izvoru FCA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Manta were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
