Mavian UFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Florin Plesca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petru Cârlig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Petru Cârlig came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Mavian UFC's Kajetan Soroka. But to his dismay, Kajetan Soroka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Victorio Matteo fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mavian UFC's protests and gave Victorio Matteo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Mavian UFC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Victorio Matteo hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Marian Volontir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute Ciprian Prutean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petru Cârlig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Corjan charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Igor Corjan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Mavian UFC booed when Centru FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Corjan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petru Cârlig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorio Matteo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Petru Cârlig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maria Marioara, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. But to his dismay, Maria Marioara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Petru Cârlig didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kajetan Soroka went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 39 played minutes Centru FC got a freekick which was hit by Lilian Pãduret. After 40 played minutes Mavian UFC got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Matteo. In the 45th minute Victorio Matteo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petru Cârlig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kajetan Soroka scored 0-4 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petru Cârlig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victorio Matteo was the one to do the kick off. Petru Cârlig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorio Matteo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victorio Matteo might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Petru Cârlig. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victorio Matteo ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Matteo in the 62nd minute of play forced Centru FC's goalkeeper Petru Cârlig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petru Cârlig made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maria Marioara in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute Victorio Matteo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petru Cârlig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geoffry Daems kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Maria Marioara got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 75th minute, Victorio Matteo had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcel Baraboi during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mavian UFC's Florin Plesca pulled a muscle in his leg after 77 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Sandu Cobzar's late challenge caught a Mavian UFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sandu Cobzar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mavian UFC booed when Centru FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandu Cobzar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Centru FC's zone, Maria Marioara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Petru Cârlig came out of the goal and Maria Marioara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Petru Cârlig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viorel Halipa, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute Maria Marioara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petru Cârlig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Mavian UFC's Maria Marioara in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Centru FC's goalie prevented a goal. Centru FC's Petru Cârlig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viorel Halipa in the 93rd minute of play. Petru Cârlig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viorel Halipa, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Centru FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mavian UFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
