Modris Teterovskis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Uldis Begens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute Uģis Vēzēns shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariuss Zagarskihs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 minutes of play, FK Cunami's Uģis Vēzēns made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mariuss Zagarskihs was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mariuss Zagarskihs made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Uldis Begens sent off a good shot on target. Uģis Vēzēns sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Konstantīns Zvezdiņš's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vladimirs Denderis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute Konstantīns Zvezdiņš shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimirs Denderis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vladimirs Denderis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstantīns Zvezdiņš in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konstantīns Zvezdiņš in the 33rd minute of play forced FK Cunami's goalkeeper Vladimirs Denderis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ilmārs Vitkovskis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Uģis Vēzēns fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariuss Zagarskihs having to interfere. After 41 played minutes Zundi got a freekick which was hit by Atvars Tračums. Vladimirs Denderis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilmārs Vitkovskis in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Uģis Vēzēns made the kick off in the second half. The FK Cunami fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when FK Cunami's Uģis Vēzēns looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Vladimirs Denderis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Konstantīns Zvezdiņš in the 59th minute. Vladimirs Denderis made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Konstantīns Zvezdiņš sent off a good shot on target. Ronalds Pubulis lost his temper 63 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 62nd minute, one of FK Cunami:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FK Cunami. The goalkeeper, Vladimirs Denderis, was totally fooled by Zundi's Artūrs Lilientals, who 65 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Uldis Begens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Uldis Begens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Konstantīns Zvezdiņš fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimirs Denderis having to interfere. If Ilmārs Vitkovskis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the FK Cunami defense, Ilmārs Vitkovskis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vladimirs Denderis. The FK Cunami fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vladimirs Denderis should have stopped the shot. Ilmārs Vitkovskis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Vladimirs Denderis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Zundi fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! In the 89th minute there was a penalty for FK Cunami. Miks Zelcāns stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mariuss Zagarskihs. 3-2. Uldis Begens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Mariuss Zagarskihs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vladimirs Denderis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilmārs Vitkovskis in the 95th minute of the match. If Ilmārs Vitkovskis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ilmārs Vitkovskis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Vladimirs Denderis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FK Cunami's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
