The referee showed Dāvis Reķis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FK Pērles's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Edijs Mežols managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polkas's supporters rose to their feet, but Edijs Mežols was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Germano das Neves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute, Edijs Mežols left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Polkas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Gints Levans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sīmanis Garais in the 18th minute of the match. Ricardo Lorup scored 5-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gints Levans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gints Levans was left in no man's land by his defense there! FK Pērles were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Polkas for a fine match.
