Guntars Statkuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maigurs Simsons came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Fk Kurzeme's Ilmārs Kopāns. But to his dismay, Ilmārs Kopāns quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Ilmārs Kopāns had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maigurs Simsons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andris Freimentāls in the 13th minute of play. Saúl Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Maigurs Simsons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, PFK Vecviekskele's Maigurs Simsons got control of the ball when Ilmārs Kopāns tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 20 minutes, Ilmārs Kopāns managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fk Kurzeme's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ilmārs Kopāns was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maigurs Simsons came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Fk Kurzeme's Ilmārs Kopāns. But to his dismay, Ilmārs Kopāns quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 25th minute, Saúl Marques made a precise shot to the right of Maigurs Simsons. PFK Vecviekskele's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Ilmārs Kopāns was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 28th minute. Fk Kurzeme's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Ilmārs Kopāns had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ilmārs Kopāns fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maigurs Simsons having to interfere. Maigurs Simsons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilmārs Kopāns in the 34th minute of play. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Ilmārs Kopāns sped through PFK Vecviekskele's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maigurs Simsons. If Ilmārs Kopāns had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gastons Kapaklis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Konrāds Balēvs was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ilmārs Kopāns in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maigurs Simsons saved PFK Vecviekskele from getting behind. In the 52nd match minute, PFK Vecviekskele was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uvis Kurciss to maneuver through the defense. 53 minutes into the match, Ilmārs Kopāns notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of PFK Vecviekskele's Maigurs Simsons. Maigurs Simsons was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 57th minute, Ilmārs Kopāns ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maigurs Simsons was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. If Andris Freimentāls had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fk Kurzeme's Ilmārs Kopāns got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maigurs Simsons showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andris Freimentāls, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the game, Charlie Gardel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Maigurs Simsons was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Ilmārs Kopāns sped through PFK Vecviekskele's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maigurs Simsons. 73 minutes into the match, PFK Vecviekskele's goal looked a bit too open when Adrians Girs came free, but Maigurs Simsons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Ilmārs Kopāns sped through PFK Vecviekskele's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maigurs Simsons. In the 82nd minute, Ilmārs Kopāns made a precise shot to the right of Maigurs Simsons. PFK Vecviekskele's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. In the 89th minute, Charlie Gardel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fk Kurzeme fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. In the 92nd minute, Uvis Kurciss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maigurs Simsons didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ilmārs Kopāns went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fk Kurzeme had played much better football throughout.
