When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Māris Bumburs took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Dainis Bagonis to make any attempt to save it. The Fk Kurzeme fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Fk Kurzeme's Ilmārs Kopāns looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Andris Freimentāls had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fk Kurzeme's Ilmārs Kopāns was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 31st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. A collision led to Krami getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Klāvs Penķis hit a great ball. In the 35th play minute Ilmārs Kopāns came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dainis Bagonis. 4-1. Krami's Dainis Bagonis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Krami from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Ilmārs Kopāns's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dainis Bagonis was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. In the 63rd minute, Andris Freimentāls got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dāgs Svitiņš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Ilmārs Kopāns's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dainis Bagonis was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Krami defense, Adrians Girs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dainis Bagonis. The Krami fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dainis Bagonis should have stopped the shot. Adrians Girs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Fk Kurzeme fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Fk Kurzeme's Ilmārs Kopāns looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Ilmārs Kopāns's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dainis Bagonis was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. The Fk Kurzeme fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Fk Kurzeme's Ilmārs Kopāns looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fk Kurzeme fully deserved thier win.
