The crowd rose to their feet as FC Royal Academy's Normunds Mulareks slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edgars Centers. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. Stefans Nomalis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgars Centers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Normunds Mulareks, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Edgars Centers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Normunds Mulareks in the 15th minute of the match. After having played for 19 minutes, Normunds Mulareks managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Royal Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Normunds Mulareks was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andris Plūmīte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FC Kirchholm's Edgars Centers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Normunds Mulareks in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of FC Kirchholm booed when FC Royal Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Normunds Mulareks didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the game, one of FC Kirchholm:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 36th minute, Skaidris Mačulis made a precise shot to the right of Edgars Centers. FC Kirchholm's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 46th match minute, FC Kirchholm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Normunds Sirmbārdis to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, FC Kirchholm's Normunds Sirmbārdis got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Kirchholm's zone, Normunds Mulareks stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgars Centers came out of the goal and Normunds Mulareks tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgars Centers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Normunds Mulareks in the 58th minute of play. Stefans Nomalis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Normunds Sirmbārdis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristiāns Orluks having to interfere. Vents Holsts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Normunds Mulareks notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of FC Kirchholm's Edgars Centers. Edgars Centers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edgars Centers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Normunds Mulareks, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Vents Holsts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Royal Academy had won after a very even match.
