Viesturs Pilāns received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Sigit Sulaksana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Iecēni's Genaro Ponciano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Iecēni from getting a goal against them. FK Tornado's Ahmet Demirci got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Olavs Eliass had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Rodolfo Enmanuel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FK Tornado fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Genaro Ponciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from He Chen Xi in the 35th minute of the match. Ahmet Demirci could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Genaro Ponciano made a huge save. Olivier Rogers made in the 47th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ahmet Demirci. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Enmanuel in the 48th minute of play forced FC Iecēni's goalkeeper Genaro Ponciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Viesturs Pilāns made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, FK Tornado's He Chen Xi made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Genaro Ponciano was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, FC Iecēni's Uvis Svitiņš got a free kick in the 56th minute. FK Tornado made a substitution. Anatols Bundziņš replaced He Chen Xi. FC Iecēni's Osvalds Borskis was substituted for Olafs Buncis. In the 58th match minute, FC Iecēni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uvis Svitiņš to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, FC Iecēni's goal looked a bit too open when Arkādijs Vietnieks came free, but Genaro Ponciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FK Tornado's Sigit Sulaksana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save FK Tornado from getting a goal against them. When FK Tornado's Arkādijs Vietnieks in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Genaro Ponciano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arkādijs Vietnieks went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. FK Tornado's Agris Kiegelis was substituted for Ahmet Demirci. When FK Tornado's Anatols Bundziņš in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Iecēni's goalie prevented a goal. Anatols Bundziņš might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Genaro Ponciano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anatols Bundziņš ran back to his position shaking his head. 81 minutes into the match, FC Iecēni's goal looked a bit too open when Anatols Bundziņš came free, but Genaro Ponciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Arkādijs Vietnieks notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of FC Iecēni's Genaro Ponciano. Genaro Ponciano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Genaro Ponciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anatols Bundziņš in the 85th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the game, Şanver Enginer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Iecēni's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK Tornado the free kick. The supporters of FK Tornado booed when FC Iecēni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şanver Enginer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute of the match Agris Kiegelis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Genaro Ponciano skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, FK Tornado's Sigit Sulaksana got control of the ball when Olavs Eliass tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Viesturs Pilāns had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
