VIESULAS STADIUM
Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zenonas Dapšas kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute, VIESULAS's Erikas Barasa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ignas Jankus. Ignas Jankus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A well placed Zenonas Dapšas short distance shot in the 14th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. FC ŠIAULIŲ HERAKLIS's Ignas Jankus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelijus Jakštys in the 19th minute of play. Erikas Barasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Ignas Jankus made a huge save. In the 21st minute, Simonas Aglinskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC ŠIAULIŲ HERAKLIS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ugnius Matulas was slow to take the kick. During this time VIESULAS's players had a chance to rest. Dobilas Milašauskas hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Ignas Jankus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zenonas Dapšas, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Zenonas Dapšas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ignas Jankus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC ŠIAULIŲ HERAKLIS's zone, Aurelijus Jakštys stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ignas Jankus came out of the goal and Aurelijus Jakštys tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Zenonas Dapšas took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Ignas Jankus to make any attempt to save it. If Aurelijus Jakštys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC ŠIAULIŲ HERAKLIS's Ignas Jankus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zenonas Dapšas in the 49th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Narūnas Adomkevičius made a kick off. Ignas Jankus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zenonas Dapšas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zenonas Dapšas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the match, FC ŠIAULIŲ HERAKLIS's goal looked a bit too open when Zigmantas Baniulis came free, but Ignas Jankus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zenonas Dapšas in the 64th minute of play forced FC ŠIAULIŲ HERAKLIS's goalkeeper Ignas Jankus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zenonas Dapšas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignas Jankus having to interfere. In the 71stth minute of the game Aurelijus Jakštys who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC ŠIAULIŲ HERAKLIS's Ignas Jankus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 72 played minutes FC ŠIAULIŲ HERAKLIS got a freekick which was hit by Narūnas Adomkevičius. Zenonas Dapšas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. The VIESULAS fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when VIESULAS's Zenonas Dapšas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ignas Jankus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zenonas Dapšas, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute.
