Germanas Vadalauskas charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Germanas Vadalauskas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vytenis Samalionis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stasys Jakštys in the 14th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Cosa Nostra Siauliai's Daugirdas Lukošaitis got a free kick in the 15th minute. Rimas Juozaitis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Titas Matusevičius in the 17th minute of the match. Adomas Nakčiunas's late challenge caught a FK ALYTIS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adomas Nakčiunas helped the player get up and apologised. Vytenis Samalionis came out of the goal and Daugirdas Lukošaitis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vytenis Samalionis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daugirdas Lukošaitis in the 25th minute of the match. Stasys Jakštys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Vytenis Samalionis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29thth minute of the game Adomas Nakčiunas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK ALYTIS's Vytenis Samalionis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Stasys Jakštys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daugirdas Lukošaitis struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Vytenis Samalionis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Cosa Nostra Siauliai. In the 37th minute of the match Simonas Dovydaitis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rimas Juozaitis skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stasys Jakštys in the 39th minute of play forced FK ALYTIS's goalkeeper Vytenis Samalionis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Stasys Jakštys got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stasys Jakštys got free with Vytenis Samalionis in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vytenis Samalionis was a little too slow when Adomas Nakčiunas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 0-1. Daugirdas Lukošaitis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vytenis Samalionis having to interfere. Rimas Juozaitis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Marijonas Martinkėnas scored 2-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rimas Juozaitis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Cosa Nostra Siauliai's Stasys Jakštys got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Cosa Nostra Siauliai were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing FK ALYTIS to leave the ground with a draw.
