A sloppy throw-in by Eduardas Kšanavičius in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Patrankos's Vladas Andrijaitis. Ramūnas Gruodis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnoldas Kudzys having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Teodoro Roldan put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Aras Drevinskas. In the 22nd minute, Ugnius Stumbrys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, FC Darina's goalkeeper Arnoldas Kudzys had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Liutauras Misiulis. Vykintas Pakintis's late challenge caught a FC Patrankos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vykintas Pakintis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute Ugnius Stumbrys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aras Drevinskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teodoro Roldan to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Patrankos's Aras Drevinskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Achaz Kastner in the 53rd minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, FC Patrankos's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Roldan came free, but Aras Drevinskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Patrankos's Aras Drevinskas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save FC Patrankos from getting a goal against them. In the 82nd minute, Teodoro Roldan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aras Drevinskas. The goal made the score 0-7. FC Patrankos's attentive Vladas Andrijaitis managed to snatch the ball when Eduardas Kšanavičius made a throw-in in the 85th minute of the game. Teodoro Roldan scored 0-8 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aras Drevinskas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Teodoro Roldan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Ugnius Stumbrys could shoot a difficult shot in the 94th minute, which Aras Drevinskas however easily saved by the left post.
