But to his dismay, Karolis Mažutavičius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Karolis Mažutavičius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the game, Karolis Mažutavičius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Irtautas Baliukonis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Mathias Cockaerts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Augustinas Pažarauskas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Irtautas Baliukonis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karolis Mažutavičius's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Irtautas Baliukonis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karolis Mažutavičius in the 58th minute of the match. Irtautas Baliukonis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias Cockaerts in the 97th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FK Siauliu Fanai had played much better football throughout.
