Augustinas Dekanis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldas Kibildis, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. FC Galliora's attentive Andrius Sabačiauskas managed to snatch the ball when Kipras Petrulevičius made a throw-in in the 14th minute of the game. Augustinas Dekanis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnoldas Kibildis's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. In the 19th minute, Arnoldas Kibildis made a precise shot to the right of Augustinas Dekanis. FC Desert EagLes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When FC Galliora's Arnoldas Kibildis in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Desert EagLes's goalie prevented a goal. If Andrius Sabačiauskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. Merūnas Kožukauskas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damiano Di Giambattista read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. FC Desert EagLes's Augustinas Dekanis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldas Kibildis in the 28th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Arnoldas Kibildis notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC Desert EagLes's Augustinas Dekanis. Augustinas Dekanis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Galliora's Andrius Sabačiauskas got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Andrius Sabačiauskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Merūnas Kožukauskas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Alfredas Sauliūnas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 60 minutes, Evaldas Misiulis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Galliora's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evaldas Misiulis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Augustinas Dekanis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldas Kibildis in the 63rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnoldas Kibildis got free with Augustinas Dekanis in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 70th minute, Arnoldas Kibildis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Arnoldas Kibildis came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the FC Galliora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnoldas Kibildis couldn't finish the play. Arnoldas Kibildis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Augustinas Dekanis came out and tried to block the shot, but Arnoldas Kibildis slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 79th minute. In the 83rd minute, Arnoldas Kibildis fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Augustinas Dekanis, passed just outside the right post. Arnoldas Kibildis scored 0-4 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Augustinas Dekanis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Augustinas Dekanis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldas Kibildis in the 95th minute of play.
