Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Šimkūnas kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Romualdas Baltuška shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ąžuolas Petrulionis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ratnycia getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Girkantas Lazdauskas hit a great ball. Tomas Šimkūnas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romualdas Baltuška received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Ąžuolas Petrulionis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Audrius Čiapas's late challenge caught a Ratnycia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Audrius Čiapas helped the player get up and apologised. Audrius Čiapas kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Arūnas Daugirdas was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Vidmantas Andriulaitis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Šimkūnas in the 12th minute of play forced Ratnycia's goalkeeper Ąžuolas Petrulionis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tomas Šimkūnas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Romualdas Baltuška had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ratnycia getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Vaidotas Abakaitis hit a great ball. Ratnycia's Ąžuolas Petrulionis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Šimkūnas in the 21st minute of play. Tomas Šimkūnas kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Romualdas Baltuška ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ąžuolas Petrulionis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Gytis Butautas hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Arūnas Daugirdas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eurelijus Danielius in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Skirsnemunes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vidmantas Andriulaitis was slow to take the kick. During this time Ratnycia's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Vidmantas Andriulaitis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Skirsnemunes's Arūnas Daugirdas did a great save. 41 minutes into the match it was 1-1 when Vidmantas Andriulaitis shot a long shot which zipped by Skirsnemunes's goalkeeper at the right pole. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eurelijus Danielius to strike the kick off in the second half. Romualdas Baltuška fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ąžuolas Petrulionis having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, Ratnycia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aivaras Knieža to maneuver through the defense. Alfonsas Daknevičius took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ąžuolas Petrulionis. Ratnycia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Romualdas Baltuška notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Ratnycia's Ąžuolas Petrulionis. Ąžuolas Petrulionis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Skirsnemunes's Arūnas Daugirdas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eurelijus Danielius in the 73rd minute of play. Romualdas Baltuška succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 76th playminute. Romualdas Baltuška blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ąžuolas Petrulionis having to make a save. Eurelijus Danielius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ugnius Gužauskas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arūnas Daugirdas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eurelijus Danielius went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. 95 minutes into the game, Anicetas Kovas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ratnycia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skirsnemunes the free kick. In the 94th minute, one of Ratnycia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ratnycia.
