Spectators: 7777 (Terracing: 5833, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 155) Eurelijus Danielius started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Vidmantas Andriulaitis fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ratnycia's protests and gave Vidmantas Andriulaitis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th minute, one of Ratnycia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ratnycia. The referee gave FBK MAGAI a penalty, 9 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Regimantas Mitkevičius, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ratnycia's Ąžuolas Petrulionis. 1-0. In the 12th minute Tauras Bartulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ąžuolas Petrulionis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eurelijus Danielius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 16 played minutes FBK MAGAI got a freekick which was hit by Tauras Bartulis. Arnas Damkus came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Ratnycia's Eurelijus Danielius. But to his dismay, Eurelijus Danielius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eurelijus Danielius in the 26th minute of play forced FBK MAGAI's goalkeeper Arnas Damkus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Ratnycia's Aivaras Knieža got a free kick in the 29th minute. Alfonsas Vadalauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Eurelijus Danielius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ratnycia's supporters rose to their feet, but Eurelijus Danielius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnas Damkus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in FBK MAGAI's zone, Ugnius Gužauskas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnas Damkus came out of the goal and Ugnius Gužauskas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eurelijus Danielius took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnas Damkus. Arnas Damkus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After 48 minutes of play, Ratnycia's Ugnius Gužauskas made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnas Damkus was left in no man's land by his defense there!

A collision led to FBK MAGAI getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Tautrimas Matolis hit a great ball. Ugnius Gužauskas's late challenge caught a FBK MAGAI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ugnius Gužauskas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th minute, Ugnius Gužauskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the game, Ugnius Gužauskas lined in a short shot 1-4 behind a frustrated Arnas Damkus. Vaidotas Abakaitis hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Eurelijus Danielius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of FBK MAGAI booed when Ratnycia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aivaras Knieža didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ąžuolas Petrulionis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Airūnas Puidokas in the 74th minute of the match. A collision led to Ratnycia getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Aivaras Knieža hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Airūnas Puidokas in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ąžuolas Petrulionis saved Ratnycia from getting behind. 81 minutes into the game, Airūnas Puidokas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Ąžuolas Petrulionis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 84 played minutes FBK MAGAI got a freekick which was hit by Tautrimas Matolis. Airūnas Puidokas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 91 played minutes Ratnycia got a freekick which was hit by Vaidotas Abakaitis. Ugnius Gužauskas was extremely unlucky when he, in the 96th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.
