Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Epson's Kristijonas Kelmys started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 13th minute, Vėjas Katkus made a precise shot to the right of Nedas Alzbutas. Telšiai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, Epson's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldas Gabrielaitis came free, but Adas Marčiauskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nedas Alzbutas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristijonas Kelmys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lauras Baltramaitis kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Telšiai were furious when Andrius Žukauskas was red carded, 31 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Telšiai! Telšiai:s Nedas Alzbutas showed great skill when he stopped Kristijonas Kelmys:s penalty. Vėjas Katkus took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nedas Alzbutas. Nedas Alzbutas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Nedas Alzbutas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vėjas Katkus in the 39th minute of the match. In the 39th match minute, Telšiai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lauras Baltramaitis to maneuver through the defense. Nedas Alzbutas came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Epson's Bronius Bikulčius. But to his dismay, Bronius Bikulčius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Nedas Alzbutas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vėjas Katkus in the 46th minute of play. Epson's Adas Marčiauskas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Epson from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Osvaldas Gabrielaitis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lauras Dirgėla kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Nedas Alzbutas was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Rapolas Matūzas. Einaras Pranckevičius hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Adas Marčiauskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauras Baltramaitis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Kristijonas Kelmys got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Bronius Bikulčius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Lauras Dirgėla fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Telšiai's protests and gave Lauras Dirgėla a yellow card for diving instead. Lauras Dirgėla kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Vėjas Katkus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nedas Alzbutas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristijonas Kelmys in the 78th minute of the match. Adas Marčiauskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lauras Baltramaitis, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Bernardas Spudulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nedas Alzbutas having to interfere. Kristijonas Kelmys struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Nedas Alzbutas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Epson. Osvaldas Gabrielaitis took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adas Marčiauskas. Adas Marčiauskas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. With a little luck, Telšiai's Nedas Alzbutas got control of the ball when Vėjas Katkus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Epson's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
