After a defensive mix-up in FK Rimku's zone, Göran Bremming stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvydas Andrijauskas came out of the goal and Göran Bremming tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alvydas Andrijauskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gediminas Makštutis in the 7th minute of the match. Liudvikas Bakaitis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurynas Klimavičius in the 9th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, FK Rimku's goal looked a bit too open when Göran Bremming came free, but Alvydas Andrijauskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the FK Rimku defense, Aidas Alūzas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvydas Andrijauskas. The FK Rimku fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvydas Andrijauskas should have stopped the shot. Alvydas Andrijauskas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Göran Bremming's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. After 19th play minutes Göran Bremming shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Alvydas Andrijauskas and just under the crossbar into goal. If Aidas Alūzas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute, Göran Bremming got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alvydas Andrijauskas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adomas Dovydėnas's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Adomas Dovydėnas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvydas Andrijauskas having to interfere. 31 minutes into the game, Aidas Alūzas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Alvydas Andrijauskas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FK Rimku's Alvydas Andrijauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adomas Dovydėnas in the 35th minute of play. The FK Slupariai fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when FK Slupariai's Göran Bremming looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 40th minute Göran Bremming shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvydas Andrijauskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iustinian Timaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvydas Andrijauskas having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adomas Dovydėnas in the 47th minute of play forced FK Rimku's goalkeeper Alvydas Andrijauskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 55 minutes, Aidas Alūzas made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. FK Rimku's Alvydas Andrijauskas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 57 played minutes FK Slupariai got a freekick which was hit by Adomas Dovydėnas. Alvydas Andrijauskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aidas Alūzas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The FK Slupariai fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when FK Slupariai's Aidas Alūzas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Aidas Alūzas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Alvydas Andrijauskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iustinian Timaru's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Alvydas Andrijauskas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 78th minute Daumantas Dervinis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liudvikas Bakaitis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 80 minutes, Adomas Dovydėnas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Slupariai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adomas Dovydėnas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lauro Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Alvydas Andrijauskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Aidas Alūzas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alvydas Andrijauskas. The goal made the score 0-9. Alvydas Andrijauskas came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by FK Slupariai's Göran Bremming. But to his dismay, Göran Bremming quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. After some careless play in the FK Rimku defense, Göran Bremming kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvydas Andrijauskas. The FK Rimku fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvydas Andrijauskas should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded FK Slupariai left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FK Rimku.
