Spectators: 6783 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd match minute, Paleiciai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alius Gudavičius to maneuver through the defense. Egidijus Bikauskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liudvikas Glodenis in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Mantas Kelmys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Liudvikas Glodenis in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egidijus Bikauskas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Augustas Maksimavičius struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Egidijus Bikauskas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Anzhi. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alius Gudavičius during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 22 minutes into the game, Jeronimas Stackevičius was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paleiciai's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Anzhi the free kick. The supporters of FC Anzhi booed when Paleiciai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeronimas Stackevičius didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Paleiciai's Mantas Kelmys got a free kick in the 27th minute. Andrius Lemežis scored 0-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Egidijus Bikauskas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When FC Anzhi's Liudvikas Glodenis in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paleiciai's goalie prevented a goal. FC Anzhi's Augustas Maksimavičius got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Augustas Maksimavičius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jogaila Makauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Paleiciai's Egidijus Bikauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrius Lemežis in the 45th minute of play. After some careless play in the Paleiciai defense, Andrius Lemežis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Egidijus Bikauskas. The Paleiciai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Egidijus Bikauskas should have stopped the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Liudvikas Glodenis made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Paleiciai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kajus Kaveckas to maneuver through the defense. Egidijus Bikauskas came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Anzhi's Jonas Pilvinis. But to his dismay, Jonas Pilvinis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 60 played minutes Augustas Maksimavičius rounded Paleiciai's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. Eitautas Gimžauskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Irmantas Jarošas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paleiciai's Egidijus Bikauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Pilvinis in the 76th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, one of Paleiciai:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Liudvikas Glodenis placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Andrius Lemežis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egidijus Bikauskas having to interfere. With his leg Egidijus Bikauskas managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when FC Anzhi's Liudvikas Glodenis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Egidijus Bikauskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustas Maksimavičius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Anzhi played a much better game than Paleiciai and deserved their victory. The Paleiciai players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
