Alius Brikas helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Geniukai fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 5th minute. Penalty! Penktadienis 13's Motiejus Macaitis got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Vėjas Raudys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Penktadienis 13's Narūnas Normantas got control of the ball when Jotautas Rinkevičius tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Penktadienis 13 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Deimantas Skersys to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Penktadienis 13's Mindaugas Mileška got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Motiejus Macaitis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundas Kairys having to interfere. Raimundas Kairys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vėjas Raudys, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 32 played minutes Geniukai got a freekick which was hit by Erikas Macevicius. 37 minutes into the match, Penktadienis 13's goalkeeper Narūnas Normantas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jotautas Rinkevičius. In the 39th minute of the match, Evaldas Jokubaitis tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Narūnas Normantas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jotautas Rinkevičius got free with Narūnas Normantas in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Vėjas Raudys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Raimundas Kairys tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Motiejus Macaitis got free with Raimundas Kairys in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Evaldas Jokubaitis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Narūnas Normantas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vėjas Raudys in the 68th minute of play forced Geniukai's goalkeeper Raimundas Kairys to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Penktadienis 13's Raimundas Kairys threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vėjas Raudys, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Motiejus Macaitis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Raimundas Kairys tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vėjas Raudys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Narūnas Normantas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaldas Jokubaitis in the 80th minute of play. The supporters of Geniukai booed when Penktadienis 13 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vakaris Liubinskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 81 minutes, Evaldas Jokubaitis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Geniukai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evaldas Jokubaitis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Penktadienis 13's goal looked a bit too open when Evaldas Jokubaitis came free, but Narūnas Normantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Penktadienis 13's Gediminas Dačys got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute, Vėjas Raudys got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vėjas Raudys blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raimundas Kairys having to make a save. Penktadienis 13 were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
