Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Benjaminas Daškevičius got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Zenonas Jovaiša left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FK Vilnius fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a rather tough play, FK Vilnius's Herkus Bračas got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 14th minute Tomas Zaleckas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jokūbas Andriušaitis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zenonas Jovaiša in the 17th minute of play forced FBK Sakunai's goalkeeper Jokūbas Andriušaitis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FBK Sakunai's Benjaminas Daškevičius got a free kick in the 19th minute. Kristijonas Daunys was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd match minute, FBK Sakunai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristijonas Daunys to maneuver through the defense. After 23 played minutes, FK Vilnius's Zenonas Jovaiša shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jokūbas Andriušaitis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FK Vilnius reached it. If Adomas Aršanskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, FK Vilnius's Airūnas Mažvila got a free kick in the 28th minute. Adomas Aršanskas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Merūnas Arlauskas in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jokūbas Andriušaitis saved FBK Sakunai from getting behind. Jokūbas Andriušaitis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Merūnas Arlauskas went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Jokūbas Andriušaitis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Merūnas Arlauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Adomas Aršanskas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Albinas Maksimavičius made a huge save. If Klemensas Galvelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Merūnas Arlauskas scored 0-4 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jokūbas Andriušaitis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Zenonas Jovaiša made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Merūnas Arlauskas in the 56th minute of play forced FBK Sakunai's goalkeeper Jokūbas Andriušaitis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Vėjas Delkus fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FBK Sakunai's protests and gave Vėjas Delkus a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FBK Sakunai's Vėjas Delkus got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the match, FK Vilnius's Merūnas Arlauskas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jokūbas Andriušaitis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Merūnas Arlauskas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jokūbas Andriušaitis. The goal made the score 0-8. When the final whistle sounded FK Vilnius left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FBK Sakunai.
