Spectators: 6785 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 0) Lukas Intas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vaidas Gedrimas in the 4th minute of play forced Strakalai's goalkeeper Romas Stockus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Arminas Černiauskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, FC Szawdynie's Romas Stockus threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vaidas Gedrimas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Romas Stockus came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Szawdynie's Laimutis Gegeckas. But to his dismay, Laimutis Gegeckas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, FC Szawdynie's Laimutis Gegeckas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romas Stockus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laimutis Gegeckas got free with Romas Stockus in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arminas Černiauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Tadas Gargasas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Strakalai's Arminas Černiauskas in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Szawdynie's goalie prevented a goal. Strakalai's Arminas Černiauskas got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Egidijus Abramavičius hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. FC Szawdynie's Vaidas Gedrimas got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute, Marijonas Tamulevičius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Strakalai defense, Laimutis Gegeckas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romas Stockus. The Strakalai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romas Stockus should have stopped the shot. Strakalai's Romas Stockus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vaidas Gedrimas in the 47th minute of play. Laimutis Gegeckas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Romas Stockus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Vaidas Gedrimas made the kick off in the second half. Arminas Černiauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Tadas Gargasas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadas Gargasas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arminas Černiauskas in the 58th minute. If Irmantas Narkevičius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laimutis Gegeckas in the 65th minute of play forced Strakalai's goalkeeper Romas Stockus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, FC Szawdynie's goal looked a bit too open when Lukas Intas came free, but Tadas Gargasas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vaidas Gedrimas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romas Stockus having to interfere. Svajūnas Ušeckas kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Ligitas Puščius was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 76th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Tadas Gargasas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukas Intas, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Romas Stockus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Irmantas Narkevičius went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Romas Stockus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vaidas Gedrimas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Strakalai's goalkeeper Romas Stockus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Vaidas Gedrimas, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 92 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Romas Stockus was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Strakalai's Romas Stockus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Irmantas Narkevičius in the 94th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Szawdynie had won after a very even match.
