Spectators: 6932 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1792, VIP seats: 140) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kristupas Smilgys got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Berkeley Porteus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenijus Ratkevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Zivavodes's Alvydas Jackus broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 11 minutes into the match, Valdas Amontas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Witalis Plucinik. Zivavodes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valdas Amontas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 21 minutes into the match, Zivavodes's goal looked a bit too open when Herman Eriksson came free, but Witalis Plucinik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 played minutes Zivavodes got a freekick which was hit by Dobilas Baura. Berkeley Porteus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Eugenijus Ratkevičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dobilas Baura kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Witalis Plucinik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdas Amontas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, FC Smūgis's Benediktas Buzelis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Witalis Plucinik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 39 minutes into the match, Zivavodes's goal looked a bit too open when Valdas Amontas came free, but Witalis Plucinik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC Smūgis booed when Zivavodes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kastytis Kerbedis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Witalis Plucinik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdas Amontas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Zivavodes defense, Herman Eriksson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Witalis Plucinik. The Zivavodes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Witalis Plucinik should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

54 minutes into the game, Aras Gužauskas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Smūgis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zivavodes the free kick. Aras Gužauskas hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Witalis Plucinik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herman Eriksson in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Herman Eriksson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Smūgis fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Emílio Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Witalis Plucinik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Witalis Plucinik successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Witalis Plucinik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuzman Dakovski in the 68th minute of play. Berkeley Porteus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kristupas Smilgys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 78th minute, Berkeley Porteus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Witalis Plucinik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kuzman Dakovski in the 80th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Smūgis's Emílio Antunes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Witalis Plucinik. That made the score 0-7 after 81 minutes of play. In the 87th minute, Emílio Antunes made a precise shot to the right of Witalis Plucinik. Zivavodes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. Emílio Antunes struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Witalis Plucinik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Smūgis. Witalis Plucinik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valdas Amontas in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Emílio Antunes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Witalis Plucinik was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. After 98 played minutes, FC Smūgis's Virginijus Mileška shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Witalis Plucinik came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Smūgis reached it.
