Spectators: 7335 (Terracing: 5835, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) FC Vilniaus Velniai's Mantvydas Vilimas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to FC Vilniaus Velniai getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Ovidijus Pakerys hit a great ball. After having played for 9 minutes, Lukas Černiauskas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beisbolo institutas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lukas Černiauskas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11th minute, Aloyzas Mačionis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Žilvinas Liubinskas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Mantvydas Vilimas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oskaras Danusevičius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Mantvydas Vilimas notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Beisbolo institutas's Oskaras Danusevičius. Oskaras Danusevičius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lukas Černiauskas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When FC Vilniaus Velniai's Mantvydas Vilimas in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Lukas Černiauskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mantvydas Vilimas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Ovidijus Pakerys notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Beisbolo institutas's Oskaras Danusevičius. Oskaras Danusevičius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 62nd minute Vėjas Kievisas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Žilvinas Liubinskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th match minute, FC Vilniaus Velniai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidijus Pakerys to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes in the game, Ovidijus Pakerys fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Oskaras Danusevičius having to interfere. Mantvydas Vilimas might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oskaras Danusevičius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mantvydas Vilimas ran back to his position shaking his head. With an all-out effort, FC Vilniaus Velniai's Oskaras Danusevičius threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mantvydas Vilimas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 81 minutes into the game, Lukas Černiauskas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Žilvinas Liubinskas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of FC Vilniaus Velniai booed when Beisbolo institutas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vėjas Kievisas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lukas Černiauskas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Žilvinas Liubinskas having to make a save. Aloyzas Mačionis struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Žilvinas Liubinskas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beisbolo institutas. Žilvinas Liubinskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukas Černiauskas in the 96th minute of play. Despite being the better team, FC Vilniaus Velniai failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
