After a defensive mix-up in FK Uoga's zone, Gražvydas Mitkus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daumantas Paulauskas came out of the goal and Gražvydas Mitkus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zenonas Arvazas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonas Bunga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romas Klimas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daumantas Paulauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zenonas Arvazas in the 12th minute of play. Gražvydas Mitkus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daumantas Paulauskas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, FK Uoga's goal looked a bit too open when Zenonas Arvazas came free, but Daumantas Paulauskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonas Bunga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adas Damušis in the 32nd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, FK Uoga's Dovydas Malakauskas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leonas Bunga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Arminas Vidžiūnas fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Uoga's protests and gave Arminas Vidžiūnas a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of FK Uoga:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FLC Kevara:s goal. The referee gave FLC Kevara a penalty, 41 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rupertas Karanauskas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FK Uoga's Daumantas Paulauskas. 0-2. FK Uoga's Adas Damušis got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dovydas Malakauskas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Leonas Bunga made a huge save. The FK Uoga players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FLC Kevara were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adas Damušis to make the kick off. Leonas Bunga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adas Damušis in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute Zenonas Arvazas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daumantas Paulauskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in FK Uoga fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! Daumantas Paulauskas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rupertas Karanauskas went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. The FLC Kevara supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FLC Kevara would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
