Svajūnas Bartulis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubertas Cieška in the 14th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Hubertas Cieška's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Svajūnas Bartulis was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Vėjas Žemaitis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Svajūnas Bartulis made a huge save. After 24 minutes FK Stumbriai's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Klemensas Morkūnas who took care of the corner kick. In the 27th minute of the match, Vėjas Žemaitis got a very nice opportunity to score, but Svajūnas Bartulis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Svajūnas Bartulis was a little too slow when Hubertas Cieška got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 34th minute, Laurynas Magelinskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Redas Rudys didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vaidotas Žalpys went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vytautas Siaučiulis in the 38th minute of play forced Cheetah AFC's goalkeeper Redas Rudys to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Vaidotas Žalpys made the kick off in the second half. Svajūnas Bartulis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hubertas Cieška in the 53rd minute of the match. Gvidas Vaidžiulis kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. FK Stumbriai were furious when Hubertas Bačiulis was red carded, 65 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Svajūnas Bartulis went to the wrong direction when Klemensas Morkūnas was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Svajūnas Bartulis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hubertas Cieška, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The supporters of Cheetah AFC booed when FK Stumbriai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonsas Jakubauskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute Hubertas Cieška shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svajūnas Bartulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vaidotas Žalpys could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Redas Rudys made a huge save. Hubertas Cieška fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Svajūnas Bartulis having to interfere. Vėjas Žemaitis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The FK Stumbriai supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FK Stumbriai would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
