Vitalijus Marazas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ugnius Matulas having to interfere. The Bang for the Buck players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Ukmerge were winning 0-1.

Ramūnas Dundulis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agatas Vėlius in the 52nd minute of play. When Remigijus Balčiūnas fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Ukmerge's protests and gave Remigijus Balčiūnas a yellow card for diving instead. Remigijus Balčiūnas hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vaidotas Borovskis during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vitalijus Marazas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ugnius Matulas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramūnas Dundulis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gvidas Petryla in the 77th minute of play. Vydas Kožukauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haroldas Ubartas in the 84th minute of play forced FC Ukmerge's goalkeeper Ramūnas Dundulis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Bang for the Buck booed when FC Ukmerge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardas Birutis didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Ukmerge's Vitalijus Marazas got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Vitalijus Marazas came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the FC Ukmerge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vitalijus Marazas couldn't finish the play. In the 99th minute Agatas Vėlius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramūnas Dundulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 100th minute, Tautrimas Mankus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
