Spectators: 6786 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1786, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Haroldas Ubartas started the match with the kick off. Eduardas Stanaitis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldas Ubartas in the 5th minute of the match. Eduardas Stanaitis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agatas Vėlius in the 8th minute of play. Liutauras Čyvas kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Agatas Vėlius blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eduardas Stanaitis having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Haroldas Ubartas in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eduardas Stanaitis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Bang for the Buck getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Vaidotas Kšanavičius hit a great ball. Zenonas Grinius struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Ugnius Matulas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Sharlavki. After a rather tough play, FC Sharlavki's Arnoldas Daukša got a free kick in the 39th minute. A nice corner shot did that Emilis Karosas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eduardas Stanaitis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 44 played minutes Bang for the Buck got a freekick which was hit by Haroldas Puikys. FC Sharlavki's Marius Dabrikas shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 45th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ugnius Matulas but with some difficulty. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zenonas Grinius stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Bang for the Buck's Haroldas Ubartas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eduardas Stanaitis. That made the score 0-2 after 52 minutes of play. Eduardas Stanaitis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldas Ubartas in the 62nd minute of play. Ugnius Matulas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stasys Kerpauskas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Liutauras Čyvas during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Sharlavki booed when Bang for the Buck was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liutauras Čyvas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zenonas Grinius took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ugnius Matulas. Ugnius Matulas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 70th minute of the match, Haroldas Ubartas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eduardas Stanaitis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Stasys Kerpauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ugnius Matulas having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Bang for the Buck got a freekick which was hit by Gvidas Petryla. FC Sharlavki's Stasys Kerpauskas got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Agatas Vėlius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Eduardas Stanaitis made a huge save. In the 83rd minute, Bang for the Buck's Haroldas Ubartas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eduardas Stanaitis. Eduardas Stanaitis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Zenonas Grinius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Zenonas Grinius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute Zenonas Grinius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ugnius Matulas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
