Spectators: 6800 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Beržas Užbalis took the kick off in the first half of the match. FK Rusva's Zenonas Miežys got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Beržas Užbalis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardas Stanaitis having to interfere. After 6 played minutes FC Sharlavki got a freekick which was hit by Titas Deveikis. If Beržas Užbalis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the match, FK Rusva's goal looked a bit too open when Zenonas Grinius came free, but Modestas Pleskūnas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC Sharlavki booed when FK Rusva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egidijus Ozinskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zenonas Grinius in the 13th minute of play forced FK Rusva's goalkeeper Modestas Pleskūnas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beržas Užbalis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Eduardas Stanaitis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, FK Rusva's Modestas Pleskūnas got control of the ball when Stasys Kerpauskas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stasys Kerpauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modestas Pleskūnas having to interfere. In the 26th match minute, FC Sharlavki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Žydrūnas Achilas to maneuver through the defense. Beržas Užbalis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Eduardas Stanaitis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beržas Užbalis succeeded in the game's 31st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. In the 35th minute, Beržas Užbalis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Sharlavki's Eduardas Stanaitis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zenonas Miežys in the 37th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, FK Rusva's goalkeeper Modestas Pleskūnas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stasys Kerpauskas. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

52 minutes into the game, Stasys Kerpauskas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Sharlavki's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK Rusva the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC Sharlavki's Stasys Kerpauskas got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Zenonas Miežys managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Rusva's supporters rose to their feet, but Zenonas Miežys was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardas Stanaitis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Sharlavki's Eduardas Stanaitis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenijus Dijokas in the 59th minute of play. Stasys Kerpauskas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in FC Sharlavki's zone, Zenonas Miežys stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardas Stanaitis came out of the goal and Zenonas Miežys tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in FK Rusva fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! Eduardas Stanaitis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zenonas Miežys in the 84th minute. An unexpected shot in the 86th minute by Zenonas Miežys got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Eduardas Stanaitis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zenonas Miežys went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. With a little luck, FC Sharlavki's Eduardas Stanaitis got control of the ball when Zenonas Miežys tried to sneak it across the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, FC Sharlavki's goalkeeper Eduardas Stanaitis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugenijus Dijokas. Zenonas Miežys blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eduardas Stanaitis having to make a save. FK Rusva's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
