Spectators: 7779 (Terracing: 5835, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 155) Bang for the Buck's Haroldas Ubartas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vaidotas Kšanavičius during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Ukmerge's Vitalijus Marazas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ugnius Matulas. That made the score 2-0 after 12 minutes of play. Vitalijus Marazas was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 15th minute. FC Ukmerge's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 21 minutes into the match, Haroldas Ubartas notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FC Ukmerge's Ramūnas Dundulis. Ramūnas Dundulis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vitalijus Marazas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vitalijus Marazas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Ugnius Matulas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vitalijus Marazas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ugnius Matulas having to interfere. Vitalijus Marazas struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Ugnius Matulas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ukmerge. Liutauras Čyvas kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Drąsutis Jaras charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Drąsutis Jaras the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Drąsutis Jaras hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. When Vitalijus Marazas came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the FC Ukmerge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vitalijus Marazas couldn't finish the play. 54 minutes into the game, FC Ukmerge's Vitalijus Marazas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ugnius Matulas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Vitalijus Marazas sped through Bang for the Buck's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ugnius Matulas. FC Ukmerge's Ramūnas Dundulis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Ukmerge from getting a goal against them. 66 minutes into the match, Bang for the Buck's goal looked a bit too open when Vaidotas Borovskis came free, but Ugnius Matulas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Ukmerge's Remigijus Balčiūnas got a free kick in the 71st minute. With a little luck, FC Ukmerge's Ramūnas Dundulis got control of the ball when Agatas Vėlius tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 73 played minutes FC Ukmerge got a freekick which was hit by Vydas Kožukauskas. 74 minutes into the game, Bang for the Buck's Agatas Vėlius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
