Nedas Žadeika showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klemensas Labuckas in the 16th minute of the match. When Ramūnas Spudys came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Rozalimas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramūnas Spudys couldn't finish the play. Nasos Vezirgiannidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonsas Kančelskis having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC Joniskis's zone, Zhao Yang Jun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfonsas Kančelskis came out of the goal and Zhao Yang Jun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Nasos Vezirgiannidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When %teams%'s Ramūnas Spudys was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 2-0 just inside the left pole, 27 minutes into the game. The Rozalimas fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Rozalimas's Ramūnas Spudys looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Svajūnas Eigirdas during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice moves Klemensas Labuckas could shoot a difficult shot in the 92nd minute, which Nedas Žadeika however easily saved by the left post. FC Joniskis's Alfonsas Kančelskis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhao Yang Jun in the 94th minute of play. There was no doubt that Rozalimas were the better team. Rozalimas's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
