In the 19th minute Vidas Ežerskis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldas Rinkevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 20 minutes, Vidas Ežerskis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Padubisio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vidas Ežerskis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Tauras Ambrozaitis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saulius Misiulis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aldas Rinkevičius. BLACK BULL's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Giedrius Juodris kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in BLACK BULL's zone, Vidas Ežerskis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aldas Rinkevičius came out of the goal and Vidas Ežerskis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aldas Rinkevičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vidas Ežerskis in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Aras Motiejūnas had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. In the 33rd match minute, BLACK BULL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giedrius Juodris to maneuver through the defense. Vygandas Žvirblys showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vidas Mažutis in the 37th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vidas Mažutis to strike the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vidas Mažutis couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. BLACK BULL had won after a very even match.
