In the 18th minute of the match Einaras Petryla shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lorenzo Goethuys showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Grigoziske's Lorenzo Goethuys played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ugnius Daktaras in the 19th minute of play. Drąsutis Vilkas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anicetas Jučas in the 20th minute. After 21 minutes, Rolandas Odminas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FK Pandelys and the Grigoziske players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rolandas Odminas kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. With a little luck, FK Pandelys's Drąsutis Vilkas got control of the ball when Einaras Bačkys tried to sneak it across the goal line. Algirdas Jagminas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Algirdas Jagminas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Drąsutis Vilkas made a huge save. After having played for 46 minutes, Anicetas Jučas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grigoziske's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anicetas Jučas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Vaidas Dičiunas made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Iordache Zberea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Algirdas Jagminas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Drąsutis Vilkas having to interfere. Einaras Bačkys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Drąsutis Vilkas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Einaras Bačkys left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grigoziske fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. If Algirdas Jagminas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. In the 79th minute Daugirdas Mockevičius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Drąsutis Vilkas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Drąsutis Vilkas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Einaras Bačkys in the 80th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Vaidas Dičiunas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lorenzo Goethuys, 1-1. If Anicetas Jučas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
