When Donatas Kazilionis fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Dubingiai's protests and gave Donatas Kazilionis a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Dubingiai's Donatas Kazilionis got a free kick in the 15th minute. Vaidotas Daraška shot a long shot in the 16th minute and a light blocked Robertas Pečiukas hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-1. Dominykas Jakubauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernestas Trinkūnas having to interfere. Robertas Pečiukas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Linas Gimbutas in the 33rd minute of the match. Andrius Matulionis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ernestas Trinkūnas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Linas Gimbutas to make the kick off. Linas Gimbutas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robertas Pečiukas having to interfere. Robertas Pečiukas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linas Gimbutas, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. FC KamaZ Hooligans's Linas Gimbutas got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robertas Pečiukas came out of the goal and Miglius Gaubšas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
