Stasys Trubutis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Kasparas Jakaitis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Stasys Trubutis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arturas Kura hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Kasparas Jakaitis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stasys Trubutis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Einaras Imbrasas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundas Gajarskis, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Redas Andriuškevičius took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kasparas Jakaitis. Kasparas Jakaitis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Vitalijus Bilaitis was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 33 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Naudvarys fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! Kasparas Jakaitis had in the 36thth minute some difficulties stopping Aurelijus Karanauskas's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Naudvarys's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aurelijus Karanauskas was slow to take the kick. During this time Pavilkija's players had a chance to rest. When Leonidas Pazeimys fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Naudvarys's protests and gave Leonidas Pazeimys a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Naudvarys getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Leonidas Pazeimys hit a great ball. Kasparas Jakaitis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurelijus Karanauskas in the 38th minute. Naudvarys's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Stasys Trubutis scored to the left of an out of position Kasparas Jakaitis, making the score, 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Redas Andriuškevičius was the one to do the kick off. Kasparas Jakaitis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stasys Trubutis in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Naudvarys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundas Gajarskis to maneuver through the defense. Kasparas Jakaitis came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Pavilkija's Redas Andriuškevičius. But to his dismay, Redas Andriuškevičius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Kasparas Jakaitis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stasys Trubutis, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 66thth minute of the game Redas Andriuškevičius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Naudvarys's Kasparas Jakaitis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Redas Andriuškevičius in the 72nd minute of play forced Naudvarys's goalkeeper Kasparas Jakaitis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute Redas Andriuškevičius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kasparas Jakaitis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kasparas Jakaitis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stasys Trubutis, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Pavilkija's Stasys Trubutis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kasparas Jakaitis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arūnas Kalasiūnas during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pavilkija's Arūnas Kalasiūnas got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 83rd minute, Remigijus Artiomovas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kasparas Jakaitis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Redas Andriuškevičius's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute, Stasys Trubutis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pavilkija fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 92nd minute Redas Andriuškevičius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kasparas Jakaitis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
