Eligijus Barvainiss short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Laimutis Majauskas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 7 minutes, Arūnas Diržys managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Plaschken FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arūnas Diržys was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kipras Mačionis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arūnas Diržys in the 9th minute of the match. After 15 minutes, Arūnas Diržys made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. FK PLUS's Kipras Mačionis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Adolfas Juzonis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eligijus Barvainis struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Laimutis Majauskas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK PLUS. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FK PLUS's Kipras Mačionis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaldas Mikalajūnas in the 34th minute of play. In the 44th minute Arnoldas Badauskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kipras Mačionis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kipras Mačionis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eigirdas Maksvytis in the 45th minute of the match. Arnoldas Badauskas's late challenge caught a FK PLUS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnoldas Badauskas helped the player get up and apologised. The FK PLUS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Plaschken FC were winning 0-3.

Plaschken FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valentas Ačas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. FK PLUS's Kipras Mačionis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldas Badauskas in the 92nd minute of play. Plaschken FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
