Kipras Mačionis made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Stasys Bielskis sent off a good shot on target. Adolfas Juzonis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidijus Žiogas having to interfere. If Stasys Bielskis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Vaivoriai's zone, Eligijus Barvainis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidijus Žiogas came out of the goal and Eligijus Barvainis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the match, FK PLUS's goalkeeper Kipras Mačionis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jokūbas Butnorius. If Žydrūnas Svetulevičius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remigijus Palšis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Žydrūnas Svetulevičius ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ovidijus Žiogas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 31st minute, Eligijus Barvainis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ovidijus Žiogas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Stasys Bielskis charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stasys Bielskis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Stasys Bielskis hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Eligijus Barvainis notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Vaivoriai's Ovidijus Žiogas. Ovidijus Žiogas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Remigijus Palšis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kipras Mačionis having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Eligijus Barvainis in the 52nd minute of play forced Vaivoriai's goalkeeper Ovidijus Žiogas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Eligijus Barvainis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FK PLUS's Darijus Aleksandravičius managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ligitas Žvingilas in the 69 minute of the game. In the 70th minute, Vygandas Čižas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ovidijus Žiogas made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Žydrūnas Svetulevičius sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Vygandas Čižas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vaivoriai's supporters rose to their feet, but Vygandas Čižas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kipras Mačionis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jokūbas Andriuška fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vaivoriai's protests and gave Jokūbas Andriuška a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Jokūbas Andriuška hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rdth minute of the game Eligijus Barvainis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vaivoriai's Ovidijus Žiogas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vaivoriai's zone, Valentas Ačas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidijus Žiogas came out of the goal and Valentas Ačas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ovidijus Žiogas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eligijus Barvainis in the 86th minute. Žydrūnas Svetulevičius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vygandas Čižas charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vygandas Čižas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Vaivoriai's Vygandas Čižas got a free kick in the 94th minute. The Vaivoriai fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FK PLUS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
