Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stasys Bielskis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Vaivoriai's Ovidijus Žiogas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Vaivoriai from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Vaivoriai getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Valdemaras Gadliauskas hit a great ball. In the 6th minute of the match Gytis Sakalauskas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ovidijus Žiogas skillfully saved the ball. Valdemaras Gadliauskas's late challenge caught a Warrub's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valdemaras Gadliauskas helped the player get up and apologised. Gytis Sakalauskas's shot from long distance in the 8th minute was not bad at all, but Vaivoriai's Ovidijus Žiogas knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Jokūbas Butnorius kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Warrub's Augustas Majauskas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ovidijus Žiogas. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustas Majauskas in the 20th minute of play forced Vaivoriai's goalkeeper Ovidijus Žiogas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stasys Bielskis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Vaivoriai's goalkeeper Ovidijus Žiogas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gvidonas Ambrazas. 33 minutes into the match, Warrub's goal looked a bit too open when Vygandas Čižas came free, but Romas Ciparis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Ovidijus Žiogas managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Warrub's Feliksas Fabijonavičius fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Klemensas Dambrauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. If Jokūbas Butnorius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Feliksas Fabijonavičius ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ovidijus Žiogas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Augustas Majauskas to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustas Majauskas in the 52nd minute of play forced Vaivoriai's goalkeeper Ovidijus Žiogas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Augustas Majauskas notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Vaivoriai's Ovidijus Žiogas. Ovidijus Žiogas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Gvidonas Ambrazas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Warrub's supporters rose to their feet, but Gvidonas Ambrazas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidijus Žiogas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Vygandas Čižas came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Vaivoriai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vygandas Čižas couldn't finish the play. After 63 minutes, Gvidonas Ambrazas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Warrub and the Vaivoriai players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd minute, Gvidonas Ambrazas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remigijus Palšis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stasys Bielskis charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stasys Bielskis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Vaivoriai getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Stasys Bielskis hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Warrub fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vaivoriai had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
