In the 3rd match minute, Wasteland Rebels was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimondas Kalytis to maneuver through the defense. After 6 minutes, Svajūnas Genevičius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lopaiciu and the Wasteland Rebels players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 7 played minutes Lopaiciu got a freekick which was hit by Svajūnas Genevičius. In the 11th minute, Anicetas Baracevičius left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lopaiciu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Almantas Vitkauskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dobilas Kybartas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aras Jasilionis kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anicetas Baracevičius in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Almantas Vitkauskas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute Raimundas Maižys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Almantas Vitkauskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Lopaiciu's Hubertas Vadišius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wasteland Rebels's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raimundas Maižys was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The Wasteland Rebels players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lopaiciu were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hubertas Vadišius stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hubertas Vadišius in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Almantas Vitkauskas saved Wasteland Rebels from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Wasteland Rebels's Raimondas Kalytis got a free kick in the 54th minute. If Hubertas Vadišius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Almantas Vitkauskas made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Raimundas Maižys sent off a good shot on target. Hubertas Vadišius struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Almantas Vitkauskas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lopaiciu. Wasteland Rebels's Almantas Vitkauskas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Wasteland Rebels from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Lopaiciu booed when Wasteland Rebels was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldas Andužis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Wasteland Rebels's zone, Hubertas Vadišius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Almantas Vitkauskas came out of the goal and Hubertas Vadišius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wasteland Rebels's Almantas Vitkauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundas Maižys in the 89th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Raimundas Maižys got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lopaiciu's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
