In the 7th minute, Rimvydas Mališauskas made a precise shot to the right of Simonas Sutkus. Forest Power's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to FC LORD-Racing getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Erikas Gražys hit a great ball. In the 24th match minute, FC LORD-Racing was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Sedeni to maneuver through the defense. Deividas Krivickas kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Simonas Sutkus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rimvydas Mališauskas in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saulius Tulčius in the 32nd minute of play forced Forest Power's goalkeeper Simonas Sutkus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arvydas Liaugminas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Simonas Sutkus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC LORD-Racing's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zigmantas Diržys was slow to take the kick. During this time Forest Power's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Forest Power's corner Zigmantas Diržys fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonas Grigutis quite easily take care of the ball. After the first half FC LORD-Racing were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vygandas Daugirdas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Simonas Sutkus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Sedeni in the 53rd minute of the match. After having played for 58 minutes, Osvaldo Sedeni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC LORD-Racing's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osvaldo Sedeni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Simonas Sutkus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rimvydas Mališauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 0-3 became the score in the 66th minute when Arvydas Liaugminas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Arvydas Liaugminas struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Simonas Sutkus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC LORD-Racing. With a little luck, Forest Power's Simonas Sutkus got control of the ball when Arvydas Liaugminas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arvydas Liaugminas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Simonas Sutkus managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when FC LORD-Racing's Rimvydas Mališauskas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpected shot in the 86th minute by Arvydas Liaugminas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 86 minutes into the match, Forest Power's goalkeeper Simonas Sutkus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arvydas Liaugminas. FC LORD-Racing were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after Forest Power's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Herkus Dambys took the corner. The corner ended in Herkus Dambys almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Forest Power's Simonas Sutkus did a great save. In the 89th minute, Osvaldo Sedeni reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Simonas Sutkus. The goal made the score 0-4. Deividas Krivickas hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded FC LORD-Racing left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Forest Power.
