With an all-out effort, FK Raudonieji Velniai's Juozapas Daktaras threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from André Silva, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 32nd minute, Eugenijus Dališanskis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FK Raudonieji Velniai fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. FC Gayzunay 66's Juozapas Daktaras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renatas Sutkus in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th minute, Renatas Sutkus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juozapas Daktaras was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 59th minute, Piet Pritama hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 66 minutes, Renatas Sutkus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Raudonieji Velniai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renatas Sutkus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Gayzunay 66's Jokūbas Mackėla got a free kick in the 67th minute. Eugenijus Dališanskis took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juozapas Daktaras. Juozapas Daktaras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. FC Gayzunay 66's Juozapas Daktaras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piet Pritama in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Jokūbas Mackėla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renatas Sutkus in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juozapas Daktaras saved FC Gayzunay 66 from getting behind. André Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the FC Gayzunay 66 defense, Renatas Sutkus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juozapas Daktaras. The FC Gayzunay 66 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juozapas Daktaras should have stopped the shot. In the 96th minute Renatas Sutkus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juozapas Daktaras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
