Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Irtautas Navardauskas kicked off to start the match. Irmantas Batura's late challenge caught a FC LORD-Racing's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Irmantas Batura helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC LORD-Racing booed when Zyple was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irmantas Batura didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Zyple defense, Edgaras Patamsis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arūnas Riškus. The Zyple fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arūnas Riškus should have stopped the shot. 0-2 became the score in the 10th minute when Arvydas Liaugminas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 15th match minute, Zyple was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vytautas Jasas to maneuver through the defense. Arūnas Riškus came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by FC LORD-Racing's Saulius Tulčius. But to his dismay, Saulius Tulčius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Arūnas Riškus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arvydas Liaugminas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 23 minutes, Arvydas Liaugminas made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Zyple's Arūnas Riškus tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Arvydas Liaugminas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to FC LORD-Racing getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Modestas Malakauskas hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgaras Patamsis made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, FC LORD-Racing was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgaras Patamsis to maneuver through the defense. Edgaras Patamsiss short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Arūnas Riškus to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Arūnas Riškus made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Arvydas Liaugminas sent off a good shot on target. Arvydas Liaugminas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the game, Edgaras Patamsis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Arūnas Riškus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 74 minutes, Alfonsas Klimas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zyple and the FC LORD-Racing players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 74th match minute, Zyple was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonsas Klimas to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Irtautas Navardauskas in the 77th minute of play forced FC LORD-Racing's goalkeeper Jonas Grigutis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arūnas Riškus, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 82nd minute, Edgaras Patamsis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, FC LORD-Racing's goal looked a bit too open when Irmantas Batura came free, but Jonas Grigutis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Zyple's Zigmantas Turauskas in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC LORD-Racing's goalie prevented a goal. Jonas Grigutis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zigmantas Turauskas in the 95th minute of the match. The Zyple manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing FC LORD-Racing to win.
