Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The Cool House Owls fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonas Mikšys should have stopped the shot. Although NEMUNAS KAUNAS had been in control for most of the match, Cool House Owls still came away with the win.
