With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mindaugas Smilgys in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juozapas Daktaras saved FC Gayzunay 66 from getting behind. In the 6th minute, Lybiskia's Mindaugas Smilgys dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 9 minutes into the match, FC Gayzunay 66's goal looked a bit too open when Mindaugas Smilgys came free, but Juozapas Daktaras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Daugirdas Špokas came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the FC Gayzunay 66 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daugirdas Špokas couldn't finish the play. In the 15th play minute Marijus Lapeika came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Juozapas Daktaras. 2-0. After some careless play in the FC Gayzunay 66 defense, Marijonas Vaitiekaitis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juozapas Daktaras. The FC Gayzunay 66 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juozapas Daktaras should have stopped the shot. Orestas Malinauskas hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Gabrielius Pocevičius hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 27 played minutes Lybiskia got a freekick which was hit by Artūras Jundulas. Robertas Vertelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Gayzunay 66's Juozapas Daktaras proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save FC Gayzunay 66 from getting a goal against them. Juozapas Daktaras was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marijonas Vaitiekaitis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 33 minute of play. In the 37th minute, Naglis Songaila made a precise shot to the right of Juozapas Daktaras. FC Gayzunay 66's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. 42 minutes into the match, Artūras Jundulas notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of FC Gayzunay 66's Juozapas Daktaras. Juozapas Daktaras was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in FC Gayzunay 66's zone, Marijus Lapeika stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juozapas Daktaras came out of the goal and Marijus Lapeika tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 52 played minutes FC Gayzunay 66 got a freekick which was hit by Daugirdas Špokas. Juozapas Daktaras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marijus Lapeika, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. If Robertas Vertelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juozapas Daktaras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marijus Lapeika in the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute Mindaugas Smilgys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juozapas Daktaras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Gayzunay 66's Juozapas Daktaras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marijus Lapeika in the 59th minute of play. Juozapas Daktaras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marijus Lapeika in the 62nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daugirdas Špokas during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 63 played minutes FC Gayzunay 66 got a freekick which was hit by Daugirdas Špokas. After some careless play in the FC Gayzunay 66 defense, Mindaugas Smilgys kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juozapas Daktaras. Juozapas Daktaras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marijonas Vaitiekaitis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute, Marijus Lapeika left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lybiskia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. 84 minutes into the game, Lybiskia's Marijonas Vaitiekaitis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juozapas Daktaras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marijonas Vaitiekaitis in the 88th minute of play forced FC Gayzunay 66's goalkeeper Juozapas Daktaras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, Girkantas Inčiūra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lybiskia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Marijus Lapeika fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juozapas Daktaras having to interfere. Lybiskia's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
