Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5875, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigitas Krasauskas in the 11th minute of play forced FC Gayzunay 66's goalkeeper Juozapas Daktaras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juozapas Daktaras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliksas Galinis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FK Medziukai's Feliksas Galinis managed to work through FC Gayzunay 66's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Feliksas Galinis dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 21 minutes into the match, Feliksas Galinis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juozapas Daktaras. FC Gayzunay 66's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Feliksas Galinis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Juozapas Daktaras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albertas Avelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faustas Rinkevičius in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juozapas Daktaras saved FC Gayzunay 66 from getting behind. After 29 minutes, Oskaras Daknevičius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Gayzunay 66 and the FK Medziukai players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 29 played minutes FC Gayzunay 66 got a freekick which was hit by Oskaras Daknevičius. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albertas Avelis in the 32nd minute of play forced FC Gayzunay 66's goalkeeper Juozapas Daktaras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Gayzunay 66's Juozapas Daktaras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustas Rinkevičius in the 34th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Gayzunay 66 defense, Faustas Rinkevičius kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juozapas Daktaras. The FC Gayzunay 66 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juozapas Daktaras should have stopped the shot. 44 minutes into the match, Faustas Rinkevičius notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of FC Gayzunay 66's Juozapas Daktaras. Juozapas Daktaras was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Gayzunay 66's Juozapas Daktaras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliksas Galinis in the 48th minute of play. After the first half FK Medziukai were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Faustas Rinkevičius to strike the kick off in the second half. Juozapas Daktaras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliksas Galinis in the 52nd minute of the match. Faustas Rinkevičius came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Juozapas Daktaras could save by the left post. Juozapas Daktaras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliksas Galinis in the 62nd minute of play. With a little luck, FC Gayzunay 66's Juozapas Daktaras got control of the ball when Drąsutis Balnis tried to sneak it across the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, FC Gayzunay 66's goal looked a bit too open when Feliksas Galinis came free, but Juozapas Daktaras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the FC Gayzunay 66 defense, Faustas Rinkevičius kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juozapas Daktaras. The FC Gayzunay 66 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juozapas Daktaras should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Faustas Rinkevičius took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Juozapas Daktaras to make any attempt to save it. Faustas Rinkevičius received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Juozapas Daktaras came out and tried to block the shot, but Faustas Rinkevičius slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 76th minute. FC Gayzunay 66's Juozapas Daktaras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertas Avelis in the 80th minute of play. Faustas Rinkevičius scored 1-8 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juozapas Daktaras, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 85 minutes into the match, FC Gayzunay 66's goalkeeper Juozapas Daktaras had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sigitas Krasauskas. Juozapas Daktaras came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by FK Medziukai's Faustas Rinkevičius. But to his dismay, Faustas Rinkevičius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-9. FC Gayzunay 66's Juozapas Daktaras proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save FC Gayzunay 66 from getting a goal against them. FC Gayzunay 66's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Albertas Avelis scored to the left of an out of position Juozapas Daktaras, making the score, 1-10. Juozapas Daktaras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albertas Avelis in the 96th minute of the match.
